The Department of Meteorology (MET) said in its daily weather report that Thursday will be humid at night, misty to foggy at few places in the early morning. MET has warned of poor visibility at some areas due to the foggy condition early in the morning.

 The report added that Offshore, it will be misty with some clouds becoming foggy by late night, warning of expected poor visibility by late night.

The weather will be relatively hot today daytime with some clouds and humid by night. The maximum temperature is expected to hover just under 40 degree Celsius.  

Wind inshore will be mainly northeasterly 04 to 12 knot.

Offshore, it will be northeasterly to southeasterly 03 to 12 knot.

Visibility will be 4 to 8 or 2 kilometers or less at some places at times.

Sea state inshore will be 1 to 2 feet. Offshore, it will be 1 to 3 feet.
