QSL decides not to allow fans during the Ooredoo Cup final

The Qatar Stars League (QSL) has made a decision not to permit any fans at the final of 2020-21 season Ooredoo Cup, which is schedlued to play between Al Sailiya and Al Rayyan on Friday, March 26, 2021, at the Al Sadd Stadium. However, the fans who purchased their tickets will be contacted regarding refund.
In a twitter post QSL stated: “Following the latest developments and decisions taken by the Supreme Committee for Crisis Management and Ministry of Public Health to contain the coronavirus (Covid-19) pandemic and in order to preserve the health and safety of everyone during this period, the Qatar Stars League (QSL) decided not to allow fans at the final of 2020-21 season Ooredoo Cup, to be played between Al Sailiya and Al Rayyan on Friday, 26th March, 2021, at the Al Sadd Stadium.”
The decision is applicable to all the fans who bought the tickets through QSL’s official website (www.tickets.qsl.qa) or who received an invitation to attend the match.
 
QSL said that, “Fans who purchased tickets will be contacted regarding the refund of money.
“It may be noted that the QSL is following the latest developments and co-ordinating with the authorities concerned to take appropriate decisions. Any questions may be directed at tickets@qsl.com.qa,” it added.
