Rawdat Al Faras hosts Green campaign

On Thursday, the Ministry of Municipality and Environment (MME), led by the Department of Environmental Protection, Natural Reserves and Wildlife, initiated a campaign to nurture and incarcerate Rawdat Al Faras on Dukhan Road, where 300 plants of wild species were grown, in collaboration with the Qur'anic Botanic Garden.
The MME said in a statement that a thorough cleaning program was also carried out during the activity, and during that trash was collected and field trips were made to bring the participants to the community reservoir.
The event is part of the execution of the second priority of the national biodiversity strategy, in collaboration with the different authorities in the region.
