The solution to the Gulf crisis will represent a win for all, Qatar's Assistant Foreign Minister H E Lolwah Al Khater has said, welcoming a statement from Kuwait that said there have been ''constructive and fruitful discussions'' on efforts to achieve reconciliation in the Gulf crisis.

Assistant Foreign Minister and Spokesperson for the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, H E Lolwah Al Khater, has said that the statement of Kuwait regarding the efforts to achieve reconciliation in the Gulf crisis is an important and positive step. 

She said in a statement to Al Jazeera that the recent talks aimed at putting general framework for talks to end GCC crisis. 

“This statement from Kuwait calls us to the first way to the solution and this is an important and positive step. The discussions in recent past tried to put a general framework for talks and reconciliation. We are looking forward to completing it during coming period reaching to an end of the crisis.”

Al Khater added in a talk with Al Jazeera that Qatar will abide by these talks on the basis of mutual respect, security and sovereignty of each country adopting constrictive and positive method for the interest of GCC people.

“I assure in Qatar in this regard we indulged in these talks constructively and positively with sincere intention for the interests of GCC people.”

"We are continuing these talks on the basis of mutual respect, any solution for GCC crisis should preserve the sovereignty, independence and security of each country putting on top the security and welfare of GCC people."
