Sporadic and thunderous rains have been reported in certain regions particularly the southern part of Qatar, said a tweet by Qatar Meteorology Department(QMD), including that the maritime warning proceeds as the department expects thunderstorms.

In the mean time, in its daily report, the department has said that the climate inshore until 6 pm on Wednesday will be incompletely cloudy to cloudy now and again with possibility of scattered rain at certain spots perhaps thundery at times. 

Offshore, it will be partly cloudy to cloudy with possibility of d scattered rain at certain spots perhaps thundery at times, the report included, warning of expected thunder rain at certain spots related with solid breeze and high ocean. 

Wind inshore will be northwesterly to northeasterly 07 to 17 knot gusting 25 knot at certain places with thunder action. 

Offshore, it will be northwesterly to northeasterly 05 knot to 15 knot, blasting to 30 knot at certain spots with thunder rain. 

Visibility will be 4 to 08 kilometers. 

Ocean state inshore will be 1 to 3 feet, rises to 5 feet at certain places with thunder rain. Seaward, it will be 2 to 4 feet, ascends to 10 feet at certain places with thunder rain.
