Planting (484,500) seasonal seedlings in Um Salaal Municipality during 2020

The Um Salal Municipality, represented by the Department of Services, has completed outstanding efforts in the field of parks, gardens and greening of green spaces within the municipal boundary in 2020. The Public Parks Department has cultivated (2217) various trees, the most important of which are (cedar, Washingtonia, Bougainvillea), in various areas, roads and parks of the municipality.

Furthermore, (484,500) seasonal seedlings were also planted in the streets of the area and municipal gardens (Ali Bin Jassim Park, Mohammed Bin Jassim Park, Nasser Al-Attiyah Park, Al-Kharitiyat   Family Park- Plaza Al-Kharitiyat Park- Rifaa Street - Barzan Olympic Park - Ahmed Bin Ali Street - Um Salaal Municipal Villas Building). In addition, 694 logging services have been implemented for the public through electronic and telephone requests. The green spaces have also been maintained in addition to campaigns to eliminate weeds in municipal parks and streets.
