VCUarts Qatar’s Class of 2021 PAPR students to hold ‘talk marathon’

Online sessions offer the public a chance to connect with the next generation of artists

If you want to meet some of Qatar’s finest upcoming artists, here’s the chance – the department of Painting + Printmaking (PARR) at Virginia Commonwealth University School of the Arts in Qatar (VCUarts Qatar) – a Qatar Foundation partner university – invites the public to ‘EMERGE’, a first-of-its-kind online talk marathon featuring the latest cohort of PAPR students to graduate from the program. 

The talks will be held on May 24, 25 and 26, between 4 pm and 5 pm local time, and will see Class of 2021 PAPR students Ameena Al-Boinin, Alanood Al Thani, Khawla Al-Akbari, Hissa Al-Sulaiti, Almaha Nasser and Almaha Al-Maadeed share their ideas, inspirations and aspirations with the public.
