Two days before the Amir Cup finals, the tickets for the occasion got sold out. Local people and expats are similarly charged with excitement and thrill at the opening of the Al Wakrah Stadium that will host the final match today.

The 40,000- seat setting is the second 2022 FIFA World Cup arena being conveyed after the opening of iconic Khalifa International Stadium in 2017. 

The initiation ceremony of the Al Wakrah Stadium, which will have the final, will start at 9.15pm. The entryway opens for the sold-out match at 7.30pm. 

Then, Doha Metro reported yesterday that it would expand its service today night for the Amir Cup 2019 final. Travelers will almost certainly get to the metro even after the match. 

The service will be open till 3am on Friday, which will help football fans to drive over from the arena after the match, which kicks off at 10.30pm today night.
