Weather inshore tonight until 6:00 am on Tuesday will be scattered clouds, relatively cold with a chance to form mist to fog by late night, the Department of Meteorology said in its daily weather report, warning of low visibility at places by late night.

Offshore, it will be scattered clouds to partly cloudy with chance of scattered rain at north, the report added.

Wind inshore will be northeasterly to southeasterly at a speed of 05 to 15 knot.

Offshore, it will be southeasterly to northeasterly at a speed of 03 to 12 knot, gusting to 16 knot at times.

Visibility will be 4 to 8/2 kilometer or less at places by late night.

Sea state inshore will be 1 to 2 feet, rises to 3 feet at times. Offshore, it will be 1 to 3 feet rises to 4 feet at times.
