Wind inshore will be northeasterly to northwesterly at a speed of 5 to 15 knot, shifts to southeasterly to southwesterly by night.

Offshore, it will be northwesterly at first shifts to southeasterly later at a speed of 3 to 12 knot, gusting to 15 knot at times.

Visibility will be 5 to 10 kilometer.

Sea state inshore will be 1 to 2 feet rises to 3 feet at times. Offshore, it will be 1 to 3 feet rises to 4 feet at times.
