Offshore, it will be slightly dusty at times, the report added.

Wind inshore will be southeasterly to southwesterly at a speed of 05 to 15 knot.

Offshore, it will be northwesterly to southwesterly at a speed of 03 to 13 knot, gusting to 18 knot at first.

Visibility will be 4 to 9/3 kilometer or less at places at times.

Sea state inshore will be 1 to 2 feet, rises to 3 feet at first. Offshore, it will be 1 to 3 feet, rises to 5 feet at first.
