Changes in operating hours implemented for drive-through test centers

As Qatar is witnessing a significant increase in summer temperature, the Primary Health Care Corporation (PHCC) has made an announcement that the working hours for its drive-through COVID-19 swab tests at PHCC Health centres will commence from 4pm to 11pm every day. The last entry at each health center will be permitted at 10pm.
This decision by the PHCC in changing operating hours was carried out from last Friday, June 18, 2021.
In its official twitter handle PHCC stated that, "Limiting the operating hours to the late afternoons and evenings ensures that members of the public using the drive-through swabbing centers will continue to be able to enjoy the best possible user experience, while maintaining the well-being of all staff.”
PHCC also noted that, 239,765 individuals have been tested for Covid-19 to date in Qatar.
