The Ministry of Public Health (MoPH) has designated six hotels for mandatory quarantine for travellers returning from the United Kingdom, South Africa, the Netherlands and Denmark.

Earlier two hotels were dedicated for these travellers.

List of Hotels are:

1. ​La Cigale Hotel - Assigned for MOPH Patients​

2. InterContinental Doha - the City

3. Mercure Grand Hotel

4. City Centre Rotana

5. The Torch Doha

6. Radisson Blu Hotel

Hotel quarantine had been mandatory for passengers coming from the United Kingdom, Denmark, Netherlands and South Africa from December 22.

“Passengers arriving on flights originating from the UK, South Africa, Netherlands and Denmark will now be required to stay at one of the following dedicated quarantine hotels: Intercontinental Doha Hotel and Mercure Grand Doha,” Discover Qatar said on Tuesday.

“You will not be permitted to board the aircraft without a UK, DK, NL or ZA Exclusive Quarantine Hotel Voucher if your booking was made on or after December 23, 2020,” it said.
